Bush de Noël is a filtered, top-fermented beer, also available in 75cl and 1.5l bottles with secondary fermentation. It is brewed from a blend of malts (including caramel malt), traditional hops used in the production of Bush Caractère, specifically adapted for Bush de Noël, sugar, water, and Dubuisson’s exclusive yeast.
It has a rich, fruity flavor with a delicately hoppy aroma. With an alcohol content of 12% and a deep amber color, it is both powerful and well-balanced.
Brewed in limited quantities only during the winter season, Bush de Noël is a must-have for anyone wishing to enjoy an exceptional drink during the holiday festivities.
